As a Sales Engineer, you support the Business Development team. Here’s what a typical day in the life of a Sales Engineer might look like…

  • You are responsible for providing marketing plans and sales operations
  • You contribute to critical sales and key framework agreement negotiations.
  • You support customer account coordinators and system architects in the tendering process.
  • You structure weekly business development meetings
  • You manage several commercial agreements
  • You define and implement the annual performance assessment and forecasts.
  • You will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships and developing personal relationships with our partners, customers and other decision-makers.
  • You plan the strategy to support key markets, generating market share gains
  • You monitor competitor activity with every potential and existing account, and make sure that strategies
    are formulated and implemented
  • You regularly review all sales figures with senior management and enter project and sales data into the appropriate database system.
  • You manage and develop business relationships with international partners
  • You collect data and implement targeted actions to increase sales
  • You follow up with key customers in several countries
  • You propose new sales channels and sources of revenue
