As a Warehouse Clerk, you will work in the operations department. You will have several administrative tasks and will be called upon to help the team with their day-to-day tasks. Here is what a typical day in the life of a Warehouse Clerk might look like…

• You prepare international shipments and ensure a follow-up with the coordinators to ensure an efficient and fast service of the shipment of goods and equipment
• You process the packages for shipment, take pictures and ensure their accuracy with the content of the delivery slips
• You prepare and affix the shipping forms and package identification labels
• You assemble the parts required to compose a set of equipment ready for shipment
• You enter information into the ERP system (Dynamics) such as the weights and dimensions of the
  items, HS code and country of origin
• You ensure the accuracy of the inventory and carry out the cyclical counts of the parts
• You load or unload the material from the truck using a forklift
• You physically receive the goods and place them in the designated locations
• You check the goods received and ensure that they comply with the orders
